If i could i would rate this 0 stars! To start off i walked in and i was looking at the menu because i wasnt sure what i wanted, so i asked the server "venecia" for a sample and she gave me a very dirty look. So i told her nevermind im ready to order, once i told her what i wanted she rolled her eyes and rudely asked "what else" so i told her i wanted shrimp, she only served my 4 shrimps! If im paying 1.50 extra u expect to get at least the 7 shrimp they usually serve. I didnt tell her anything regarding the shrimp. She was ringing me up, i paid her and she just walked away. I went over to the soda machine and i realized she didnt give my my recipe! I walk over to her and tell her she didnt give me a receipt, she tells me yes i did its at the bottom of the bag, she checked the bag and nothing was there. She called over her manager and tells her she didnt give me the receipt and the manager tells me oh ill print out another one. She trys to print put another recipe and comes back telling me the system was down and to just give her my phone number and she would take a picture and send it to me. So i tell her well what about your policy "if you dont get a receipt, the meal is on them" and she looks at me confused and says what? And i point at the sign on her register and she looks at it, and tells oh, well i can give you a free combo too, just write down your number. So i gave her my number and she just walked away. Read moreTerrible service. They were out of most of their food and the the lady working did not listen to us at all. We ordered our food and she gave us the wrong stuff. When we told her about it, she said nothing but just starting dumping the food back into the dish. Didn’t even give us a new box. If we had been allergic to that dish, that would have been a problem. She asked us if it’s to go or for here. We told her for here and she bagged it up anyways.
The whole place was disgusting. All the tables were filthy. I could barely find a clean table for my family to sit at while the manager and other employees were sitting at a table on their break.
If your place is too dirty for people to sit and you’re out of the most of your dishes, your staff shouldn’t be on lunch break. Especially not the manager.

But while other restaurants have learned how to take the correct precautionary steps to open, not this location when it comes to opening the location. The food is fine but the average time getting it is 20 minutes with one customer inside, one in line waiting to go inside. Any more than that it increases by up to five minutes per additional person. When you order your food they push you to donate money to something called COVID but they don’t explain what that means in terms of who or what organization. I donated but they push very hard for this so just have an open mind. Lunch time can be a challenge so be patient and visit other Chinese restaurants that are fully open as well in Simi or Ventura County. I am sure they will be back to normal sometime...
