My best friend loves Buckle, but this experience was truly unsettling. A pair of middle-school girls lost a phone before we had entered the store, and decided that we had stolen it. Instead of helping the girls search for the phone, the employees pointed fingers at us. It was incredibly uncomfortable, as we had just entered the store and hadn't touched anything. One of the girls finally found the phone, on a shelf in plain sight. Instead of apologizing, the girls claimed that they had "already looked there." I explained that I have a lot of anxiety and don’t like being approached by everyone and that’s why I shop the way I do. Drew completely understood me and helped find all the items I had previously reserved. He was readily available for assistance. Got me in and out!
