Katie literally saved the day for our wedding! I ordered a dress from a different bridal shop and it had a giant crease across the knees from shipping. The bridal store I purchased the dress from told me they steamed it and couldn’t get the crease out, but I could just use an iron on it. Katie at Freebird Bridal saved the day last minute for us. With just days before our wedding she graciously took my dress and steamed all the wrinkles and creases out. She even kept it in her store an extra day so I could just take it straight to the wedding venue to eliminate any additional stress.
