I do love Michael's the Sioux City location deserves 4.8 stars depending on the clerk who checks you out. There are some exceptional ones & there are some who must not care about their job & customers. I was there 1.5 wks ago & had the crabbiest clerk (aged 55 - 65). Then again had a younger aged mid 20's-30's that was so pleasant & had exceptional people skills. I spend way too much here with good intentions to actually craft, sew, scrapbook, bake, decorate like a pro. Kudos to this stores ordering online & picking up in store, it's always ready in an hour as long as I order by 5. The rating of 4 is because Corporate deserves a 2 at best. Michael's Corporate needs to revamp their website to search easier as so many things you click on are not available in my store location nor online. It takes forever to search this way, people do not have the time and I imagine they are losing a lot of sales. It's great it's available at "some store" maybe 500 miles away but it won't let you search by a specific store combined with online. Or it says "see store for supply". That's frustrating because I want to be able to sometimes purchase online only & have someone pick up for me when they are in the area since my store is 1.5 hrs away, I can get in as often as I would like. I waste a ton of time clicking on things to buy & only finding out it's not available close nor online. The customer service at the Corporate level is awful. Had 52 items in my cart once & it wouldn't let me ck out, corporate couldn't help me at all. So they lost that order, I decided to open a new account & only ordered 9 items of the 52. I wasn't going to search for hours trying to recall all 52 items. That's a big loss for them but saved...

I decided to use his shirts in the shadow boxes as christmas gifts for our family. Mackenzie helped us first and found Kelsey to also help! Fabulous job! You guys helped us so much more than you know. Your kindness was above and beyond. We were able to get all 16 shadow boxes with their help! Thank you!!! Read moreThe last two orders I placed took over 2 and 3vweeks to ship. However, the website indicated the all items were in stock and were scheduled to be delivered prior to the order dates!!! Really unhappy! If you don't have the items don't advertise that you do and at the very least open a customer service department that can assist the customers. The only answer I was given was to the orders were shipped (even though the shipping number never indicated the order had been received by the carrier?)!! What happened??
