It’s not the worst store but it’s definitely not the best. I had to put back multiple things I really wanted because of very obvious stains/tears, which was very upsetting. There were also multiple items that were priced higher than they would be in the store they came from, and everything else was generally just a little more overpriced than you would find at Plato’s closet. I also was not acknowledged by any employees on the floor. There were multiple out there, one was stamping clearance items and I saw another two running items out from the fitting rooms/front. I made eye contact and smiled at all three and not a single one even acknowledged me, one even rolled her eyes when I smiled. Then when I went to the front to pay there were multiple employees standing around chatting and I had to wait to be rung up until one of the girls going through clothes asked someone to ring me up. The girl that came over to help was eating as she was talking to me which is incredibly unprofessional, even for a teenager. She was also just overall not friendly. I understand that for probably many of those employees this is their first job but there needs to be a standard for professionalism all employees are held to, and right now it is clear there isn’t one. I only say these things because now that the novelty of this store is wearing off, it is becoming obvious that it is not the amazing store they...

There should be some type of rule against that. And I know that I agreed and made a deal but let’s be real folks half of us don’t tend to look at the items they are taking and I certainly wouldn’t expect to go home with...

It was this staff member; White, maybe in her 30’s 40’s who knows,,, reddish hair? Complaining about an African American man simply just being present in the store,,, claiming he was suspicious and possibly stealing. I couldn’t even finish shopping. I have mixed race grandchildren and I will NOT!! Stand for that. As I was leaving, I managed to get a good look at her name,, Alexia or Alexis I think it was!! Grow up...
