So this visit was not my first but today solidified my NEVER RETURNING. I called my order in over the phone and picked it up myself because Grubhub takes too long. First the young lady got mad because I asked for a receipt so she placed it on the countertop and not in my hand. But we know that means. Got the food home and the fries were cold so I was putting them in the air fryer. When I dumped the fries there was llooonnnggg piece of straight brunette hair. I am not a long straight haired woman by any means…far from it. I immediately called back to the restaurant and the young lady says she can’t hear me but she understood me when I asked for a manager. A man gets on the phone only saying “yeah this is the manager” and I said “hey sorry what did you say your name was?” He repeats himself and again asked for his name. He states to me “what do I need to know his name for to be serviced?” And I said “because it’s called professionalism.” And he says “well you don’t need my name.” So ok I hung up and packed my food back up WITH THE HAIR and headed back to the restaurant. The same young was at the front and I let her know who I was and what the issue was showing her the hair. I asked for the supervisor and asked her for his name. She said “I’ll go get him” and I asked again for his name and she stated “Russell.” “Russell” comes out and I said “hey Russell I’m the one you spoke to on the phone that you wouldn’t give your name to.” He goes “you were that rude one.” I stated “no I only asked you for your name and I told you it’s called professionalism.” I showed “Russell” the hair that was in my food and that I wanted a refunded. He tried to start an argument about his unprofessionalism but he was stopped and was told to just give me a refund. He processes the refund and puts the money on the counter like the girl did when I picked the food up earlier. I told him “that’s rude af putting people money on the counter and not their hand.” If I am not good enough to have my money be put in my hand than my money isn’t good enough to be spent there. Between “Russell’s” horrible customer service, unprofessionalism and word of mouth they’ll be losing business soon enough. KEEP YOUR HAIR OUR OF PEOPLE’S FOOD IT...
Read moreBurrito says, from the beginning, what could have been a charming place and a lovely experience went downhill quickly. Serious disappointment. From the girl at the register, who couldn’t make change to a cash paying customer, to the pickles on a burger ordered without them, to the complaint, and return of that same burger sans pickles two seconds later, and more complaining. This place is not a 4.6 based on the overall customer experience. The fact that the girl at the counter did not have the burger remade and lied saying she did says everything. It came back too fast and in the same wrapper. When we called them out on it, the girl asked if it was an allergy and when I said yes she finally threw it out. Then, they actually remade it. It took way longer because they actually did it the second time. The Mac and cheese was okay, but tasted like everyone’s favorite freezer brand. The good was - the onion rings, fries, and chicken sandwich. The meat in the brisket sandwich could have been seasoned better, but the caramelized onions were on point. The shakes were the high point. The service was the issue here, but poor service will kill an experience. Young employees should not be left unsupervised - they attempted to run amuck and got caught. This is order at the counter service with tables to...
Read moreThis was our first time at Farmer's Table, and we had a great experience. We got there right when they opened and only waited about 10-12 mins for our food. The cashier was very friendly and helpful in navigating us through the menu.
I had the farmhouse burger combo, which was very tasty. The burger was juicy and extra drippy. The bacon was perfectly crispy and present in every bite. The sandwich even had a tiny cheese skirt, which is my favorite. Not sure if that was on purpose but boy, what a happy little bonus. All the burger toppings (tomato, pickle, lettuce, onion) were fresh and the right compliment to the savory parts. My combo came with a side of fries that were cooked perfectly. Crisp on the outside and tender on the inside with seasoning on every bite.
My hubby had the chicken sandwich with onion rings and thought everything was very good. The chicken sandwich had the perfect crunch and taste to the outside and had just the right ratio of chicken to bread. He said this sandwich was very comparable to ChikFilA and may even be better. He said the onion rings were just the way he liked them. Wet batter fried without the corn meal gritty texture. It came with a spicy mayo sauce too.
Overall we had a really great experience and will...
