Not my first time dealing with Aaron's. I've purchased several items from them. Never used this store and I wish I would've read the comments before I drafted this store during my online order. I ordered a washer and dryer on line last week. Paid $25, signed the contract and suppose to be deliverd early this week. Well everything that was said about Nicole is true. Not professional what's so ever and cares nothing about customers. Reading all of the complaints about her,I'm surprised Aaron's still have her on payroll. Anyway, I was told I need to come in and complete paperwork. I asked for what,I signed the contract. Mike said I need to sign EZ pay and show my DL. I said I'm not opting for EZ pay and I can't get into the store due to my work schedule. I did offer to.make a.copy of my DL and send it with the delivery guy. Mind you they have my social and DL on file already. Mike said I would have to speak to Nicole. He then told.me Nicole.said she will call me back later.??? No specific time so I can make.myself available. She NEVER called back. Matter of fact nobody called me. I've been the one initiating all calls. I called back the same.say around 5:30, during work, and was told she was on her lunch break. At 5:30??? Ok....I called back at 5:45 pm same day and was told she never came back that she had an emergency. The next day I called and spoke to Mike again. He relates a.message saying if I don't sign up for EZ pay they can't deliver. Now like I said, I never did EZ pay and don't trust it. I always paid online through the website. Very disappointed in the store and how they handle customers. I called another store and was told EZ pay is not mandatory. Going to have to take off work to go up to that store and cancel this order. Will definitely take my business elsewhere. There shouldn't be such a problem for people who complete orders online. EZ pay was not mandatory on my contract or during the online process so should not be subject for delivery which was stated by Mike. If you can avoid this location, do so. I was told I would be getting a call by the end of the week with confirmation and a date of delivery. Comes the end of the week it’s then Saturday and I have to call them to see what’s going on. Spoke to josh and he told me that the warehouse doesn’t have it ready yet??.. I asked to cancel the order and he tells me to call when the manager is in office. Called back now Monday and the other sales rep tells me there’s no order under my name?? But he can see that I made a payment. And days “ I don’t know what he did but there’s mo order “. Highly disappointing, my family for years has purchased furniture from Aaron’s and we have never had this issue. Read moreI have been trying to get my washer repaired for @ three weeks now. I also have the matching driyer and have just rented a 26ft fridge also.It took me a year to get the fridge. Thay told me thay tried to call me all this time, but I never received a call or voicemail nothing. Now I am thinking about sending it all back.
