Absolutely my best experience with a signage company and Edward MacFarlane and his wonderful, friendly and professional staff made it all happen as promised for my GRAND OPENING!!! I first and foremost want to say a big THANK YOU to Edward MacFarlane for the outstanding job he and his staff did on my sign-in such a short time's notice for my grand opening!!! Everyone loved it and I owe it all to Edward and FASTSIGNS! My sign is unique, and I love that and every detail is exactly how I wanted and from Edward's recommendation. Sometimes we may think that what have done to help someone will not make a difference or isn't a big deal! But I want to express my gratitude to Ms Colleen! I am starting my own business and fear has been overwhelming. I was really doubting myself and thinking to leave this store in the day this Ms Colleen assisted me. Her excitement and encouraging words to me gave me a boost of confidence that I needed. I have had a lot of negative feedback regarding this business venture. It is no mistake for me to walk into this space. Her ideas she presented to me helped me move forward as my mind was cluttered with negatives. Other staff members inserted their input and I felt an instant support from people I've never known or encountered. But I am grateful for the people here! They provided consummate customer service and produced a high-quality product at a very affordable price in an extremely short time frame. I recommend them to others with enthusiasm! They are not only professional but also pay meticulous attention to detail. They caught a typo on one of our banners, which to me is "golden." I once worked in a similar industry, and we were always instructed to print artwork as submitted and never question even obvious errors and typos.
