0 out of 10, don't recommend! I was visiting from out of town and accidentally cracked my screen. I called before coming, told them my exact make and model of my phone, and was told my repair would be one price. When I showed up later that day, with the same make and model phone, it was $40 more! I ended up staying (BIG MISTAKE), I should have left, just off of the priciple of the price change, but ended up getting the "repair" done, and my phone has been malfunctioning since!!! My screen constantly glitches with images showing in duplicates, one press of a letter shows up as three letters instead of one, etc. And ever since going there, my full battery drains within 2 hours when I could go a whole day without charging my phone before taking it to them. They either stole and switched my battery during the repair or used a below standard screen. I now have to buy a completely different phone... I have cracked my screen before, but have always gone to reputable locations like "Batteries Plus Bulbs", so please listen to me...if you want a SCAM company to RUIN your phone...come here, if you want quality service to correctly repair your phone with genuine Apple parts, and avoid buying a totally different phone, go to a REAL PHONE REPAIR SHOP!!! I don't live in Georgia, so I didn't bring it back, but based on their shoddy "repair" and poor customer service, I wouldn't...

If I could give it a 0 stars I would. Took in a perfectly working ipod touch but it had a cracked screen so I asked him to replace the screen. It took over a month and I kept calling and he said he was trying to get a part for it. Finally he said he couldn't get the part but it worked but the screen had a glitch. I went to get it and he couldn't even find it. After over five minutes of searching, he found it in a drawer with lots of parts in it but it was unprotected. I tried to use it and the screen and home button didn't work so it was unusable. Then he said "I won't charge you for the screen" which I thought should be obvious since I brought in a working ipod touch and now it was unusable. I went to my car and realized that wasn't right and he should offer some compensation. He said he would find one like that one and give it to me but it's been over 3 months and I haven't heard from him so I decided it was time to write a review. I took it to another repair place and the guy said he had never heard of the part he said he couldn't get. The back of the case wasn't even put on correctly and he broke the home button so I had to have that replaced too. Even though his prices were lower, it definitely wasn't worth taking it to him because I ended up paying a lot more to fix what he broke. This is just my experience with Phone Repair and...

They know their stuff just wish they’ll stop trying to play a fiddle once they’ve quoted a customer a price or say that the item isn’t fixable after they guaranteed they could’ve fixed it.

So I had to take a star back because they did me the same way again. Baught my laptop in after getting my phone repaired because one the owner said he’ll do it for $100 less than what another store quoted me . & they turned around and try to say they can’t fix it that it’s not worth it, after letting them know where I stand with their decision pricing they took offense and refused to fix my laptop completely disregarding the fact I spent over $100’s of $$$ with them. Saying it’s not the point that the part is what went up and that it doesn’t matter that I been a customer etc. I’m no longer repairing with them but I hope they learn hospitality because they kind always lack that towards...
