The tea is good, but I’m just not a fan of going to any place with out good ol’ American hospitality. I stopped by on a beautiful Sunday morning excited and eager to indulge in my weekly Sunday treat. I went in and greeted the service worker kindly. She says, “what can I get for you?” To which I replied, A passion fruit green tea with aloe jelly and 30% sugar. She stared blankly then asked all the questions slowly,
“a passion fruit tea?” Yes. “With green tea?” Yes. “Not with milk tea?” No. No milk tea. “What size?” Medium. “Any toppings?” No.
I responded too quickly to register the question because I knew I already told the young lady what I wanted.
Wait, yes Aloe jelly. “Aloe jelly?” Yep.
At this point I’m completely thrown off by her lack of comprehension. I start rushing the process.
“So a passion fruit green tea, medium, with aloe jelly?” Yes.
I’ll admit I was not fully present. I had a lot on my mind and perhaps this was her first job. I tasted the tea it was so sweet I thought I might go into diabetic shock. I rushed to the counter and told her I said 30% sugar, she looked at me in disbelief.
“I confirmed your order.” But I said 30% sugar initially.
The manager gets involved.
“It’s ok we’ll make it for you again.”
I tasted my new tea and I’m pretty sure she just gave me the exact same tea with a little water added. I just shook my head.
“This time we made it for you again, but next time we won’t , so make sure you confirm!” Thank you so much for doing that.
I threw the tea away outside. I’m never going back. I just do not appreciate the customer service. I always get the exact same thing. I know what 30% sugar taste like.
Was I just gaslighted? I don’t know. To the manager, get your bag I guess queen, but I’m still a disappointed customer. I don’t want to spend my hard earned money in this economy on things I did...
Read moreI had the absolute worst night because of this place. My sister came from out of state to visit, my daughter loves the teas so we decided to bring her here. We placed a large order and an employee handed us the drinks (did not call the number) handed us the drinks. My sister's drink was incorrect so we came up to counter and told them it was the wrong one. She said we grabbed a mobile order, we explained it was handed to us. They refused to give my sister her drink unless she paid for the mobile order drink. My sister hates conflict and paid. Once outside of the store I called and asked to speak to a manager. They hung up. I called again they said there was no manager. I asked them who was in charge. No answer. I explained that every establishment has someone in charge. They still said no one was available. I explained what happened and was told that the number was not called but we came up and grabbed random drink even though I explained they were handed to us. They refused to put a manager on and said they can show us camera footage. This place is a joke.. so unprofessional. They charged us for 5 drinks and someone else's drink because of their employees mistake and then refused to put a manager on the phone. Please please do not come to this place , there are so many other places that sell teas just like these and the customer service is as it should be. Complete nightmare! Read moreWow if I could give this place a negative 10 stars I would. I got the worst customer service after coming to this location multiple times and spending so much money here. I came with my sister who was traveling out of state to show her how awesome the teas were. We had a large order of 6 bubble teas when the girl at the counter handed them to me. She accidentally gave me one that was from an online order and when I asked her to give my sister the correct one she asked the manager what to do. This lady was the WORST person Ive ever spoken to. She refused to make my sisters tea which we had paid for and said we had to pay again since we grabbed the wrong one. She said that the number wasnt called out but I proceeded to explain to her that her employee handed them to me which was their fault. She said that unless we paid again she would not make my sisters tea. Im a director of operations and this is not the way you run a successful business. I will no longer be going there and have also proceded to tell everyone not to go as well.
