The worst Pandora I have ever been to. My daughter and I came in a few days when they opened, an associate was helping a woman with her bracelet. We were very patient, my daughter went over to the counter and attempted to look through the catalogue as we do in every other location. We do this because not every charm is out on display and it makes the experience quicker for everyone. The woman behind the counter looked at her and mumbled something, then took the book off the counter and placed it inside a drawer. I was absolutely appalled with the way she treated her, afterwards she gave her a look and went back to talking to the other customer. In no way was my daughter distracting her or trying to get her attention to help her, but instead just go through the catalogue to find a few charms she would like. I asked her if she wanted to wait till after the customer had left, but she told me she would be much happier going to a different location. And so we did, we spent $300 at the location in the Mall Of Georgia and got incredible service over there. We mentioned to our sales associate about the experience we had in this location and she mentioned how a lot of people have bad experiences here. I told my daughter never to go back to the location in Webb Gin because there have been multiple instances where the employees have been disgusting and rude. Last week I came in to get her some birthday gifts and I felt incredibly rushed, as if they were trying to get me out as soon as possible. It was the same bigger black lady then too, except another associate was helping me first and she kept trying to interrupt her. My daughter has also purchased from there by herself multiple times and each time they either give her attitude or make her feel unwelcome. She went Valentine’s Day about 10-15 minutes before they closed and was not allowed in. If your hours are posted stating that customers can come in till 8, they should be allowed in till then. It was ridiculous. She went back a few weeks after for herself and a friend’s gift, said a very sweet white lady was helping her and was very informative when she was going through the catalogue. However, the same black lady gave her attitude for coming back two separate times because she remembered she needed a gift as well, probably because my daughter tends not buy from her. After I went for her birthday I completely understand and will not be coming back, however I did contact corporate about this location and how their employees treat customers and why other places are doing much better than them in terms of...

Sales associate seemed annoyed to have to help me and that she couldn’t talk to her coworker, was very passive aggressive while I was making my selections. She also skipped over me and helped people that came in after me which was incredibly messed up. By the time she asked me what I would like I just told her I would go somewhere else. She also made it seem very rushed, as if she had something better to do. It was an older and larger black lady, would not recommend going to. I decided to go into the store with my receipt displaying all of the items I purchased and simply asked for the packaging I didn't receive. The representative there advised me that they are limited on packaging, but I could receive packaging if I made another purchase today. It's a sad world where we live where the customers get screwed unless you continue to spend more money with them. I didn't get any more assistance except, "I'm sorry." I called the main customer service where I placed my order and they advised me that they couldn't ship my packaging, but offered me a refund for the packaging once again that I PAID FOR.
