Every question answered. Not pushy or hurried. Probably one of the most knowledgeable salesperson I've met and there are great ones out there. But Glorie is truly outstanding.

I had purchased a latex/memory foam mattress as so many people were purchasing, so much hype, but after sleeping on this type of mattress, no real support, allergenic, and foam no matter the advertising, becomes extremely warm, making sleeping not comfortable at all.

The Original Mattress Factory and yes my initial reaction was....what a factory...mass production...? Actually they are made locally, very precisely. They use cotton, most natural, and cooling. Healthy.

Glorie helped me pick the exact mattress perfect for us. I had also been on a quest for the perfect pillow..got those also.

My daughter needed a new mattress so we came here because I've had bad experiences with other mattress places and thought going to a place where they make their own would be best and I was correct. The gentleman there was knowledgeable and helpful and in just 15 minutes we had a new mattress in the truck and on our way home. Also, my daughter loves her new mattress. They are not pushy at all. Perhaps the one reviewer thought that was a lack of service?

Honestly, one of the reasons I purchased there was because they were no pressure.

Other places were high pressure and really turned me off
