This review was also posted to Yelp but I’m sharing it here as well for good measure ;) Came in here today with my family to find a gift for my father and was met with hostility from the blonde woman working there. No one greeted us, which is fine, we are capable of looking around on our own. But when I got closer to the center counter area, the older employee asked "did you talk to them?" and the blonde employee tried to whisper "no I'm not talking to them" with a nasty look on her face as she glanced over at my mom. I took note of this, but didn't say anything. My sister and I traveled to the rear of the store and were looking at the Mens UGG options, when my mom came over with a dress shirt. She was very excited and wanted to get our opinion before purchasing it for my dad. I exclaimed, "this is great!" and my sister agreed that our dad would like the shirt. Then we were rudely interrupted by the blonde employee "Well that shirt runs really big". The 3 of us turned to her and said "no, this is his size" and she continued to say "I'm telling you, it's a big shirt". My mom went back and forth with her, as the blonde woman apparently thinks she knows my father better than my mom?? Idiotic to comment and be so rude, especially when you were NOT asked. So I jumped and I said "no, I'm TELLING you, this will fit him". She then implied that 'she didn't want to see that shirt returned' and continued to warn us the shirt was large. So to the blonde, disagreeable, unpleasant employee: don't work retail if you're going to ooze negativity. You were such a peach to deal with 2 days before Christmas. Safe to say you lost out on...
Read moreEraldi’s saved me twice this weekend. We flew across the country for a wedding in Sonoma, and the weather was warmer than we expected. Eraldi’s had a great selection of fashionable swimsuits that I picked up on Friday to wear by the pool.
The next day I ironed a hole in my favorite shirt, so it was straight back to Eraldi’s to find a new dress shirt. Not only did the staff help me try on multiple shirts, but they steamed the shirt for me afterwards to prevent another ironing mishap.
When I found a shirt that fit me, it felt like the perfect shirt for a bolo tie. Eraldi’s doesn’t sell them, but they recommended two other local shops in the square (Trove and Church Mouse) that did. I’ve never received more compliments on my wedding attire than I did yesterday.
Thanks for all the great help...
