Theyâre back down to 1. We ordered an Apple Pencil went to pick it up, brought it home and it had the wrong pencil in the box. Returned the item, ordered the correct one, and THEY CHARGED ME TWICE.
Having 0 customer service options and workers who obviously do not pay attention, this place is terrible.
Go anywhere else. Literally stores online have better service than Best Buy.
Updating to two stars since the employees are SO nice. The issue is with the policy in phone calls to the store and the hoops u have to jump through to get to a person. Itâs 10-15 minute wait on the phone, then on social you have to go through another process. It all just complicates things. Sometimes, people cannot text or chat online. Sometimes weâre busy people and can only make calls while driving.
ETA: Bobby, all of your replies to negative reviews means nothing unless yall answer the phone or communicate about repairs. Itâs been two days and I sent a message on FB.
ETA: I do not want to text your social media to communicate about repairs. Itâs just another step, you all have my information and could use that to communicate or answer the phone.
ETA: They stated on 12-16 the phone would be repaired by 12-17. No one answered the phone at the store, no one called me to communicate that it wouldnât be done and all I get is a call center that cannot connect me to the store. So I will have to drive to the store just for an update of the repair. I would avoid cellphone technical service here.
The employees are kind, but the store doesnât answer the phone. The calls are sent to a call center and there is no way to speak to someone so you can plan. Weâre waiting on a phone repair but I have no clue when it will be finished because no one answers the phone. The call center cannot transfer you to the store, so there is no way to communicate. They are also understaffed, which stresses the workers when itâs busy - thatâs why they donât answer the phone - or at least thatâs what the call...
   Read moreI ordered a Amana washer and dryer combo online from this store. Items arrived on schedule as we were told. The washer was damaged and we refused delivery but accepted the dryer as we weâre in need of both. Note the boxes were not damaged but the driver wanted us to look at them. The delivery driver was very helpful and assured us they would return in a week. We did receive another date and it was a little over a week. When they returned with another washer again the box was not damaged but driver and I both wanted to check the washer. This washer was damaged in exact same spot as the previous one , the delivery guy was visibly upset and very apologetic. He offered for us to keep the washer until the new one came but where we have our washer and dryer it would be extra difficult to install and then move out. I gave him permission to remove box prior to bring to us. He assured us he would check it before delivery. After 2 weeks of no answer from store or any reply to our email the money for the washer was suddenly back in our account. I was very disappointed with this as we were still without a washer and no communication as to what happened. This creates the problem of having to find a washer without purchasing a combo the washer will cost $50-$75 dollars more so I saved nothing and still after 2 months am trying to find one at least close to the price point we need. I will say driver tried to do the right thing but obviously was shut down by management. I have purchased other products from Best Buy with no issues. Apparently my mistake was not taking the damaged unit and holding it until this issue was resolved in addition they only offered 10% off the damaged unit after the second time.    Read moreIâm leaving this one star review because the Best Buy delivery people deliver the stove for me and picked up an old one but I wasnât home only my child was and I told them when they called that I was on my way home and to please wait for me they didnât wait they just removed my old stove with only my child there and it had a cast iron skillet in it was over 100 years old and have been passed down through my family. They could not locate my skillet and now Iâm out thousands of dollars and also lost a skillet that can never be replaced. Their delivery contract states that there has to be someone 21 years or older there with a valid ID for removal and my son is not 21 with a valid ID and they remove my plans anyways and didnât even look inside of it and they donât even care. Then when I asked the store associate for the corporate number he refused to give it to me and then gave me a number to customer service instead and told me that it was the corporate number. I really like Best Buy but this experience has ruined it for me and I will never purchased anything from them ever again.
I had to update my review because I had a customer service associate contact me she had read my review online and they tried to track down my cast iron skillets. I was really excited and She sent me a picture but unfortunately the skillets that They found did not belong to me. However I do really appreciate the fact that She took the time to look for them it really means a lot to me. I have raise the star rating of this review because of that and it has helped restore my faith in the Best Buy Company, if not in my local store...
