Love Cato and their clothing. Especially the clearance. Amazing!!!! However, something I said in my interview about dressing down when I shop so I’m not attacked by vultures thinking I have money was “wrong”. However. The last 2 times I’ve visited the store I dressed down. I was NEVER greeted by a single employee. (according to the district manager policy is 30 seconds upon entry greet the customer) I was never offered help until I asked for it. That gives off the vibe of poor and contradictory management. I love coming here, the clearance section is amazing and the staff are always great to us and friendly. I come so often I recognize most of the evening and weekend staff when I walk in. The girls there are so sweet and helpful. They're a great group and it keeps us coming back. A bad customer service moment can really ruin coming to a place for myself but I've never had a bad experience coming here and my family has shipped here for years and years.
