I have zero good to say about my experience at this KFC. When we arrived, there were no customers in the drive thru or in line for Dine In. There was only 1 customer in the restaurant and they were already eating and about ready to leave. The first thing I noticed was how messy the restaurant was and how slow the employees were moving. It took them forever just to greet us and take our order. We had two separate orders and they took the 1st and then told me that they would get that order finished before taking my order. I found that odd, since there were no other customers. The employees were literally icing like they were in slow Motion. I noticed that someone had pulled up in the Drive-Thru and they took that customer's order before taking mine. And then I noticed that a second customer pulled up in the Drive-Thru and they began to take that customer's order before taking mine as well. So I spoke up and told them that I was not happy that they had just taken two customers order that got there after I was already waiting. They tried to explain to me that those customers were drive through and I was dying in so it was different. It all sounded like a bunch of BS to me. Unemploy came over to take my order and I literally watched as they set my food there and let it set forever before they finish making my chicken sandwiches. The sandwich actually turned out wrong and I had to take it back and nobody came to ask me if they could help me or something was wrong with my order. I had to yell for help and asked if they could come help me and then they got angry because I was calling them out on their foolishness. I told them that they needed to do better and that they needed to pick up the pace, and I was asked to leave the restaurant. I would not recommend this facility to anybody. Read moreThe only reason I give a 1 star is cause there’s no 0 star rating. First , while ordering she was hateful , wouldn’t let me order. After each combo we ordered she rudely yelled , is this all?! Ordered a chicken tender meal she asked the number before i could answer she said #11. Which was wrong because that was spicy tenders. I needed regular for my nephew. She rudely put someone else on the speaker. Then at the window the same rude lady didn’t give correct change. She kept a $5. When I told her the change was not correct, she closed the window then opened it back up & slung a 5$ bill at me. They asked me to pull around to bring the order out because the tenders were not done. After we got the food there was an order of fries missing. She got mad shook her head and made a hand gesture. And did not apologize for forgetting the fries. Instead gave us dirty looks. I had my mom , neice and nephew in the car. It was inexcusable. This place and the lady there at around 5:30 pm was awful. I have never been treated so badly by a restaurant in my life. And I was nice about everything. She had no reason to be so rude. I will NEVER eat at this KFC again. The girl charged me for a combo gave me two breast instead of two chicken tenders the side she asked me what I wanted gave me mac & cheese instead of the mashed potatoes and gravy that I asked for I had to ask for the cup for the drink and she tossed it on the counter and it fell over and like rolled to the floor. She didn't even offer to give me a new one and she just said oh my bad. I'm sure the food would've been good. It smelled good. It looked good. I just was so thrown off by the whole thing I forgot to even eat it. It was left in my vehicle and so I tossed it the next day. She had to ask me about four times what I wanted as well, and so her completely entering the wrong information blew my mind. It sounded like her manager was about done with her too because she had to talk to her like she was in kindergarten explaining that she needed to put the food in the brown bag And walk it out the door.... I don't know. I felt bad for the manager....
