Torrid — Local services in South Gate

Torrid is my favorite (and the best I have found) for plus size fashion (size 10-30). The prices can be high at times, however, the quality is great (and there are always clearance options as well as promotions throughout the year). I really appreciate the variety of options, too - from professional and formal pieces to swim to lingerie to punk to Halloween costumes and everything in between - Torrid has it all! 90% of my wardrobe is from Torrid and I often get compliments on my fun and unique outfits. As a plus size woman, it is challenging to find OPTIONS and this can be very frustrating and disheartening. Torrid has never let me down. I purchased enough in this store. That I should of gotten reward points. I didnt see no points in my receipt or the app. Also not sure if the cashier was the manager? But she didnt look friendly or helpful at all to even ask her about the points.Cashier/manager gave me a pamphlet about the points in the bag. I live in Nashville but I was out of town and did a pick up order. The store was dark not inviting & the accessories they had then beside their cash register no where in site.
