I was first assisted by Sas needing help removing a hoop to put my temporary stud back in my nostril because I had an MRI the next day & wasn't sure of the material of my hoop from another piercing shop. She also went ABOVE & BEYOND to help my niece find a beautiful piece of jewelry & essentially fix a piercing that was botched by Claire's. Sas took her time, and was so incredibly helpful & informative that my niece & I have come back to her again & again. If this is your first time getting ANY type of piercing or just your very first piercing in general this is THE place to come to get it done right the first time!! Sas & Jade are amazing, professional!! The shop is clean & the atmosphere is so chill & great!!! My favorite thing about the both of these ladies is that they won't just pierce whatever and send you on your way. They give you a genuine consultation. They take their time AND explain why a piercing may not be in the right placing, or may not look right on you and/or see if they are able to make what you want work for you or suggest an alternative because they CARE about their clients. My girls, their dad, and I went in for piercings for my youngest's birthday. Not only were they great with the last minute scheduling of my oldest who decided two hours before the appointment that she wanted to join, junior was very patient breaking down for us the cost before hand and making sure we were okay with everything before we moved forward.

Junior was so patient and interacted with the girls the entire time. He was very informative and made sure to explain every tool and step before we even started, to help them feel comfortable. He took so much time and care (even drawing a little heart in the birthday girl's ear) to make them feel at ease and keep it a pleasant experience. I went before my girls and got my second lobe piercings. He let them watch to help them understand the process and he was very clean and precise. He made sure to be very detailed regarding after care and healing and answered all our questions.

All in all an amazing experience and I will be recommending this place 10/10. Will be going back for my other piercings...
