If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I walked into the store and there was a very inappropriate song playing (talking about a woman’s private areas). I then kindly asked if they could turn it off since my young child didn’t need to hear that. The young male behind the counter said, “We are working on it.” There was about 5 employees behind the counter. They found my comment funny, and lowered the music. Shortly after, they stopped it and began to play wheels on the bus. My family and I made had no reaction. It appears as if they were trying to be funny. About a minute later they changed the song to another inappropriate pop song. The employees are very young and have poor customer service skills. This type of place for selling ice-cream should always make sure that it always has a type of website to it that is always kept as up-to-date as possible in the sense of all of the types of products that it all ever sells in general and that its own type of website is also always able to be translated into all foreign languages in general and all. Very cool and hip location. Icecream was good. And service was super friendly and fun. The larger staff made sure to get the ice cream out promptly and they where joking and smiling behind the desk which made the atmosphere fun as the staff was in a happy mood and it showed how they treated the customers. The one thing I would have liked to see done is one member swipe and turn tables. We had to change tables due to the stickiness and drippings of ice cream and while we where there no one did this. The place did have a small and steady amount of guest coming in nothing overly demanding but it would have been nice to see this done.
