Terrible customer service. Clothing is cute, but overpriced for the quality. Any company that will not refund you your money does not stand behind the quality of their product nor care about their customers. When they make a mistake, they refuse to own up to it, even when there is an easy way to prove that they didn’t make the mistake. They charged me for a dress I didn’t want. The attendant said she asked me, and I had confirmed wanting to purchase it. I said that was not true, and because there are cameras behind the register we could easily go through the footage. If she was correct, then I would gladly take the credit instead of a refund. She refused to show me the footage and said she didn’t have to and smirked. I would like to warn people before they shop here,

In response to their response to me, I never said I wanted a matching outfit with my daughter, no 15-year-old wants to match their mother. Also, I was not told twice about the return policy, it is posted in front of the register and actually, the attendant said she would work with me if I ended up, not wanting it since I lived out of town… Again, my intention was never to work with her as I intended to keep the one dress I wanted, just not two of the same dress… Again shows customer service is poor and associates are willing to lie to cover...

Two years ago I gave birth to my second daughter and have avoided two piece swimsuits since. The though of swimsuit shopping sends me into shear panic. I remembered passing Nikki's Beachhouse and seeing adorable items in the window a few weeks ago. On Miami's coldest day I decided to visit the Coconut Grove location in search of the perfect new bikini. The sales associate was not only gorgeous but also so helpful! She totally understood what look I was going for and was very patient. Together we found the perfect two piece for me to make my post baby debut! I am so excited and will definitely be...

They are not understanding to an exchange they rather lose clients and references and they are over priced. The same blue life one piece I purchased I now just found at Bloomingdale's (which is a credible store) for $30 less and will except exchanges if you change your mind the next day. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS OVER PRICED STORE!! Go online PAC SUN also has blue life. Will never recommend any of my girl friends. Sad this store rather...
