Art Sea Gallery and Goods — Local services in South Padre Island

My experience here was amazing. The shop immediately caught my eye and I had to stop in. I let my husband take the kids for a walk while I shopped, which I think was best as the store has some amazing glass items and nice trinkets but maybe kids aren't the target customers here. Better for just adults, it was nice to walk around in the cool and quiet little shop. The woman running the shop was truly kind and was extremely friendly. Very welcoming and sweet, some art shops I have been not as nice of an experience. The shop is clean, well kept, organized and smells AMAZING! (Don't forget to buy some soap or candles! ) Great prices on all of their items, even the higher prices things would be so worth the money. Just stopped quickly for some affordable souvenirs but I'll definitely be back before we leave back to North Texas. Amazing jewelry, candles, stickers, pins, glass art, stone art, lots of SPI merchandise as well. A beautiful place for beautiful souvenirs that are much more unique than anything you can get at the more touristy gift shops on the island. The woman at the register even gave me two free stickers for my little girls! I got a few post cards, stickers, charmed hair ties, and a adorable sea turtle trinket. All of the items are unique. Some are hand made, others carefully selected. When you walk in it smells wonderful from all the soap, lotion, perfume and candles available. They have jewelry, pottery, trinkets and none of it is cheap looking, but very reasonably priced. I bought a handmade coin purse for just $8 and delicate silver turtle earings for $16. I have greatly enjoyed shopping here. A must-have of the 6.00 soaps they have and the little 2.00 ones as well. They smell and feel so good. I have sensitive skin, and these have not caused me any irritations. Plus, the hand-made sterling silver jewelry at the front is beautiful.
