First time at this location, found some cute clothes I wanted to try on but the dressing rooms were locked. Went to the front to ask an employee if she could let me in, she radioed a manager who said they were locked for the night. The employee told me they shut them down an hour before the end of the night - it was more than 90 minutes before closing. The manager came over and said they can’t open it for me otherwise they’d “have to do it for everyone” and they don’t have the staff to keep them cleaned all day long. I understand nearly every retail store is understaffed right now, it just seems really silly for a retail clothing store to decide shutting down their fitting rooms nearly two hours before closing is the move. There were 2, maybe 3 people in the entire store in the first place. Walking in it already felt like being inside of a dead mall, the vibes will already match perfectly when they inevitably go out of...

I love Burlington, generally speaking. However, I was not pleased to make the drive over, expecting to have over an hour to do my shopping and then hear an announcement at 8:55 “attention Burlington shoppers, the store will be closing in 5 minutes” and then have an employee run over to me to tell me “just so you know, we are closing in five minutes.” I heard the announcement, I don’t need an antsy employee repeating. It’s insulting. Also, the hours online and on the store door very clearly say 10pm. If there’s a staffing issue, then post something on the door letting customers know. I am not impressed. Staffing shortages are real and I feel for those that show up to work, however better consistency and communication are clearly needed. This could ultimately really hurt Burlington if this is...

Shanna is not wearing her badge. I had to ask her what her name was? Not Manager material at all. We shopped here the other day spent almost 200.00 we used our card for the 1st time and did not get our 10 percent off like we should have... I returned some items today. Asking if they could do it now. The Manager said how does she not know if I returned anything else the date was a few days ago and it would have showed up in the system.... 10 percent off almost 200.00 is a big discount. I was going to buy an item for 4 dollars today. She says I can take 10 off this purchase? I said are you kidding me? Why would I have returned stuff on another day. Us it would show in the system.
