Was there on black Friday. Saw i coat that i loved. Had been looking all day for the perfect coat and finally found what i was looking for. Nice Thyme green color and 50% off. They did not have my size. Tried online and completely sold out. Becky went above and beyond to call stores in the district to see if they had one and no one did. She stepped aside and went outside of the district and found one for me. She really went above and beyond what she had to do, esp. being in the afternoon with what i am sure was a busy day. We went back two days after purchase just trying to make an EVEN EXCHANGE and they wouldn’t let us, despite having the same style of shirt still in stock!
