Brought my sister in around 3pm to look for undergarments that would work with her homecoming dress, cashier seemed to ignore us for a couple minutes as we stood for checkout, talking to the other cashier about how she was born in 2005 and how she looked older then the rest of the employees, when she did help us she was less then friendly, refused to sign my sister up for VS rewards via phone number while telling us that we âcould just do it online.â I pointed out that this purchase we were doing would not accumulate if we did that due to it not recording the transaction, but left it at that since she seemed to be having a less then happy day. I inquired whether the sale price for the undergarments had rung up correctly after she skipped the item costs after she rang the last item up, which made her less than pleased, and made her inform us that âsales prices still happen even if your not memberâ, to which I simply stated I just hadnât seen the screen update after the last item, so wanted to verify it wasnât a buy 2 of the same kind and get the 3rd free, as we got different types of bras. After purchase she proceeded to TOSS, not hand, the VS bag across the counter to us and gave us a dry âhave a good dayâ with absolutely no enthusiasm behind the statement. The employee who helped my sister with sizing was definitely more helpful than the cashier, and was extremely pleasant and attentive to make sure she got what she was looking for. She measured us in the middle of the store which we were kind of uncomfortable with. She then told us some sizes to try on but didn't offer to help us. But started getting bras for others who came in after us. We tried on some, but she was gone when I came out. I asked the other worker if she could help me. Not sure if she was new or not but she didn't seem to want to. I asked if she could get the other girl and she didn't know where she went and made no effort to help me. So I searched her out again to ask a few questions. She told me a needed a different size but they don't carry that and I would have to order online. However, I found that size in only 2 options online but reviews were not good about sizing being accurate so I wouldn't purchase them. My daughter's size wasn't quite right and I bought her 2 that are too tight and are rubbing under her arms now. The worker was friendly but just wasn't very attentive. The girls that were working in the store were huddled in one corner never came around to ask anybody if we needed help the cashier was more than oblivious to what we wanted or needed, she couldnât pronounce my daughters first name And was totally rude to other customers in the store as she pronounced my daughters name as I walked away, she pronounced do people pronounce your name differently because she couldnât read her name meaning she couldnât even read English her name is ERYN, which would mean Eryn but this little blonde girl made it quite appropriate or inappropriate to Bring up to us how many people pronounce her name wrong but itâs obvious itâs ERY am so yeah I would never shop at the Southland store at the main mall...
