We received a gift certificate to this steak place and rather than order online we went to a physical store. When you walk in don't expect a store like atmosphere but one of a car dealership with a salesman waiting to pounce on you. I know what I want but the only way to see anything is what the salesman shows you. They will present special package upon special package with great markdowns from the full price. Spoke to multiple different customer service representatives after being hung up on once… I ordered the Carnivore Collection and when I received my order confirmation via email they were trying to send me the Carnivore Gift Pack.
