So like others the long wait time became an issue for me but I understood that at the time of my purchase the pandemic was at its worse. I purchased my furniture over a year ago and was so over the whole ordeal with the long wait time and just coming out of alot of money to furnish my home that I just couldn't stomach leaving a review. It started when I was told that I could pick my furniture up myself because we had just moved and every little penny I could save I tried to save. So I had went on and gotten a U-haul and headed here. At the time a worker named Heather told me that the manager wasn't there to unlock something that had the mattresses in it. Which I was annoyed because who's going to sleep on the floor with a baby who at the time was 3 months. So we eventually gotten a mattress but I had to buy a temporary frame until the bedroom furniture came in. Also we had to assist in finding the matching numbers for our sectional in their stock room because Heather had no help and basically was trying to do it all on her own. So we finally got the pieces that were ready in the U-haul. Months passed and we finally had gotten the rest of the furniture with issues of course. I ended up paying even more money to have the stuff delivered even though I was told that the fee would be waived since technically I was just going to pick the pieces up myself but they weren't all available. Now I'm looking to sell this furniture and buy furniture that has more sturdiness to it and last longer than a year. Read moreWOW!! Where do I start?? I went into this store on the evening of 9/13/22 its 10/25/22 and I still have not gotten all of my furniture. I called on 10/19/22 to make sure all the furniture was at the warehouse after waiting so long for it to get here I was reassured that ALL of my furniture was here and ALL of it was at the warehouse waiting for me to pick it up, In which the warehouse is located on Shelby Drive in Memphis. I went to the warehouse on 10/21/22 to pick up my furniture one of the owners Mr. Muhammad stated that the mattress was the only thing there. The bed was at Full house furniture in Southaven, Ms and that my dresser had not even arrive yet. Keep in mind I ordered this furniture on 9/13/22. Full house furniture was suppose to deliver my dresser 10/24/22 needless to say I have no dresser as of today. I literally had family in town this past weekend and I was trying to get everything in order for their arrival!! This situation concerning this store and the lack of communication to the customer and the employees blaming different employees for their mess ups is beyond pathetic!! There needs to be some type of structure when running a business. Clearly there is none at Full House Furniture. This experience was by far worse then what I have written. I was also told that my number would be given to Mr. Muhammad and that he would give me a call on 10/21/22 what a complete JOKE!! NO call as of today. First off, the store is very clean and displayed well. While they don't have as much as bigger named stored, what they have is still really nice.
We bought 5-ish items for them and while two are on backorder, we did receive the what wasn't on backorder after a little trouble with the delivery/warehouse.
Let it also be said that Myra (my saleswoman) is e-x-c-e-l-l-e-n-t. She is/was so nice and laid back just enough that you felt like you were shopping with a friend and not a push-y salesperson. She was also able to fix our delivery problem with the warehouse when a couple items were forgotten in a very timely manner.
Hala (hopefully I'm spelling that right) was also very nice and helpful and even though she wasn't my saleswoman, she had no issue or fuss helping out.
Their team work and kindness to client really give you almost a perfect customer experience.
As for prices, they are about what you'd expect from a furniture. Not as high as Ashley's down the road but still really good quality.
The only negative thing, if I had to pick one, would be their delivery price, even without installation, is a little high compared to other furniture stores in the area.
All and all though, I highly recommend giving the showroom a look and talking with either Myra or Hala. 10 out of 10,...
