Ottoman and pillows were ordered when we purchased our king sleeper sofa. They were supposed to be in by 6/20 but never made it to the store and were told it would be a couple more weeks. We tried again on 7/13 and our order was still not available and was told it is sitting in Atlanta. The pillows were nowhere and not even being made yet.....out of material.

It's 7/21 and we still don't have our Ottoman and pillows, just a sofa with no other matching furniture that we ordered.....we will not do business with...

I always have a Good experience when I come to Havertys. But I will like to say GREAT JOB Mrs. Barbara!!!. I ordered a table and it came in on 12/4/24, I came to pick the table up before 6:00pm and was told there wasn't any men in the store 🥵. Mrs. Barbara and I struggled with the table but we got it in the car. The table was very heavy. Mrs. Barbara customer service skills was better than Chick Fil A and that's hard to beat.
