Updating my review because this is not the same service as when it first opened. Besides the fact that you have to ask for napkins and silverware, after your food is delivered, their attitudes are horrible. My wife asked for no beans on a nachos plate, was told none came on it, for it have a ton of beans on it, then after the person who took the order denied even taking the order looked up the ticket, she snuggly said she would "just take them off" as if we inconvenienced them. Then when I asked about silverware, the oldest person there, who looked to be in charge, just waved at me and said someone would be bringing it out to me, after the food was at my table. No where could I get my own napkins or silverware, and the person who brought the food didn't have it not explained the it would be coming. So I had no way to eat my food unless I went to the counter to request the bare necessities to eat with. Just the worst now. Even the food tastes bland. No seasoning, not even salt ffs. It's like they don't even care anymore.
I will never come back to this place now. They've ruined it for me and my wife. No more will I...
Read moreThe place is clean and organized. You going and sit for breakfast. A server will come take your order. There's nothing special about the service. The server didn't smile or really look at us. Just basic. The important stuff is the food; the coffee has a very burnt taste to it. I had to put five creamers in the small cup just for it to be palatable. I ordered the titanic breakfast. Over easy eggs were cooked well and the sausage was good. The grits need to be made at your table, meaning you better. Hope they're hot so the better melts and the salt melts. But after adding all of that it was okay. The pancakes were terrible. I have to spit them out. The other plate at the table was the steak and eggs. He like the steak but when I tasted it it tasted like it had all seasoning on it. Way too many flavors for breakfast. He didn't eat his biscuit or gravy. The gravy was sweet and the biscuit drive. Because eggs and hash browns were good. Service 2/5 Food 2/5 Drinks 2/5 It was $40 for two plates....
Read moreThe atmosphere was great. And I was enjoying myself until I received my food. I got the three street tacos (2Birra & 1 Chorizo) The birria tacos were ok just didn’t have enough taste/ flavor for me. And my chorizo taco meat was burned to a crisp. Extremely hard. I asked Kimberly (our waitress who had a very nasty attitude) would I be able to get a discount for the taco since was not up to par, and she stated that the restaurant didn’t give discounts OR refunds. But something was wrong with my coworker food as well and she was able to get a refund. It was 6 of us. She stated that she could get the cook to remake me another taco and when she brought it to the table, IT WAS THE SAME EXACT WAY, BURNED AND HARD. When I stated that it was the same exact way, she hunched her shoulders and walked away, ignoring what it was I was asking when I asked for the manager. Everyone say it’s good and this was my 1st visit and it will be my last. She was professional at all and very rude to me and...
