Versona — Local services in Southaven

I do not normally write reviews but today is a new day. During a recent visit to the store, I was very disappointed with their customer service. After selecting some very cute clothes, I waited in line to try on several tops. After trying on the tops, I decided to try another size in the same shirts so I exited the fitting room to get a different size. Upon returning to the desk, I asked a different sales person if I could place the clothes I was buying down on the counter and try on the different size shirts. She very rudely refused to let me in the fitting room even though I had just exited one fitting room and did not even offer to take the clothes I was trying to put on the counter. The clerk stated that she closed the fitting rooms and I would not be allowed to try on the clothes. This is totally ridiculous considering I was just in the room. It made no sense considering that there were two people working in the store and they were not that busy. In addition, I live an hour and a half away from this store and not being able to try on the clothes to see if they fit is an...

I am writing to express my deep disappointment following my recent visit to this establishment. I was on my way to ULTA, located next door, to purchase makeup and decided to drop by this store as well. From the moment I walked in, I was met with what I can only describe as unwelcoming and unpleasant attitudes from both the owner and an her employee.

I was not greeted upon entering, and their demeanor made me feel extremely uncomfortable—as if my presence was unwelcome. The expression on the owner's face in particular left me with the impression that I was being judged and dismissed, and it felt racially motivated. As an African American, this was disheartening.

After completing my purchase at ULTA, I felt compelled to return and take a photo to document and share the treatment I experienced. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this business to anyone, and I will not...

I was going to Ulta Beauty next door, but I saw this nice looking store next door. I searched the website to see if the store was expense and it wasn't. I visited Versona Accessories in Southaven, MS on 9/27/23 @ 4:00 pm and I wish I never entered the doors. Anyway, I entered the store, No greeting. Ok, I can deal with that. There was a sales associate walking back and forth, as if she was working. She crossed right in front me. But still, no greeting for me, not even a look or eye contact.
