Marshalls — Local services in Southaven

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FACILITIES!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My son needed a diaper change while shopping. Went into men's restroom and of course, no changing table. Had to leave my items inside and go out to the vehicle to change him. Came back inside, I really should have just left at this point, got my items and then waited for 20 minutes in line to pay. When I finally got to the cashier, he asked if I found everything ok. I used this opportunity to suggest that a baby changing table be placed in the men's restroom for single fathers. The response I received severely irritated me. The cashier's response was a chuckle with an "ok".

I hope you read this Marshalls, because your employees need some training on interacting with your customers and how to not infuriate them when making a respectful suggestion. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT...

Did you know that Eminem's (rapper not candy) first name is actually Marshall? It's true. You can even ask him. There are fire marshalls. I have a friend Marshall who works at a brewery. If we ever colonize other planets, there might be a Mars hall. Who knows? I'm not talking about any of those at all. I'm not talking, I'm typing. I'm not typing about any of the previous Marshalls mentioned. I'm talking about Marshalls: the place I met an angel. His name was Dakota. He was a literal angel. He had many eyes.

That wasn't even the craziest part of my day. I played checkers that morning and got a quadruple jump!!! I told the checkout lady at Marshalls about it and she gave me 15% off my purchase of 3 different rewined candles.

The angel told me one of my candles would break on the ride home. He was wrong. They all arrived...

We have been to this store several times, but today is the worst as it was extremely nasty, shoe section is probably the worst as the shoe boxes were laying everywhere. The paper that is used to stuff the shoes are laying everywhere. And yes that is from the customers. But you have carts that the store employees use to move boxes and materials around and are sitting in the middle of an aisle. And garment racks that are physically in the way of the restroom entry point. And then to top it off there is a mirror that is broken at the fitting rooms...... And yes I checked it, your child can cut themselves .This entire store is disrupted. I am not a person whom leaves negative reviews. But I am seriously irritated because this is a store that we enjoy...
