I was given a delivery time of between 10-3, they showed up at 3:30 and never called to say they were running behind. I had to call them, i was asked to have someone to go outside because they had been looking for my address(i find that hard to believe seeing as how my eyes were glued to the window all day). Once they arrived their drill didn’t work, they didn’t know how to put the doors on the refrigerator, and they must’ve crushed the plug in the process of bringing it in because it was broken. Called back and was told someone would come replace the plug. An hour later i called back to get a time frame and was told within 30 minutes. Right now as i type this it has been more than 30 min. The young lady on the phone had a good attitude but everything else about this experience has been a nightmare. Meanwhile my food has been sitting out on the counter and will have to be thrown out. Although the driver, delivery person, seemed to feel the delivery would work, the store manager absolutely refused; he even called his Regional Manager to convince him that Ferndale store should not deliver, the Regional Manager apparently told him to deliver. I called the Regional Manager had to leave a "email" for the Regional Manager to call me back. Of course he has 48 hours to do that!
