I was given a delivery time of between 10-3, they showed up at 3:30 and never called to say they were running behind. I had to call them, i was asked to have someone to go outside because they had been looking for my address(i find that hard to believe seeing as how my eyes were glued to the window all day). Once they arrived their drill didn’t work, they didn’t know how to put the doors on the refrigerator, and they must’ve crushed the plug in the process of bringing it in because it was broken. Called back and was told someone would come replace the plug. An hour later i called back to get a time frame and was told within 30 minutes. Right now as i type this it has been more than 30 min. Please be very cautious of getting phone calls from their employees requesting your credit card information to be put on hold I have been a customer for well over five years a returning customer that has never have been asked these type of things the gentleman jason who requested my payment information also a few weeks ago claim I didn’t make the payment when I spoke with the manager and the manager found my payment Jason also stated to me that this store is doing very poorly and possibly threatening to close you may want to check a nearby Aaron’s and do business there this store is all over the place I would not recommend doing business here and definitely not giving out your financial information i encourage the management team...
