Green Lantern Pizza — Local services in Southfield

I unfortunately walked in the last 10 minutes. The store happened to be open and I happen to talk to Jay the guy at the front. I quickly apologize and asked if it was OK if I ordered the pizza which he greatly complied to, made the pizza and walked it all the way around the corner to me, and I had to shake his hand. He really didn’t have to do everything that he did from keeping the store open to making the pizza., this is the type of service that is definitely a lost and I wanted to really give my appreciation the best way that I could to Jay. As well, anyone that stayed in the back that I didn’t get a chance to shake their hand, would’ve definitely tipped him, but I didn’t have any cash and there wasn’t a tipping option on the kiosk. I’ve been coming to the Southfield location about 6 months now give or take and I love the pizza however, my last visit resulted in me NEVER EVER coming to this place again. I placed my order with the manager Max Brown . Paid for my pizza in cash he handed me my change and headed right to the fridge and grabbed the pizza dough without washing his hands!!!!!!!!!! . I admittedly stopped him in his tracks and told him I need him to wash his hands after handling dirty money. Max the manager told me that the ovens were so hot that it kills everything 🤬🤬🤬that he took a class and this is what he learned. Ok, so 2nd time around, it is not as good. Pizza kinda undercook, I should have select "well done" in the online menu. Onion and pepperoni taste sort of raw. Especially Pepperoni, no grease came out of it. Much better after I reheated in the oven for 20mins the next day.

Also XL is only 15inches, for almost $30. There is a $2 online discount from their in-store flyer but I didn't know that beforehand. It is a quick and easy meal but getting very expensive They have good wings. Seems like they marinated the wings so it is not just sauce on the outside and bland on the inside like Wingstop.
