Arrived at 7:30pm on Sunday Feb 23rd…proceeded to the drive thru and they said they were ALREADY closed because they had to do inventory even though they are supposed to be open till 8pm. Update Google if you are going to close early that day!!! Gas is way way way too expensive to be wasted. This is unacceptable. I wasted gas and money and time driving there. You just lost a loyal customer. If you are supposed to be open till 8pm then you should not be closed at 7:30pm to do inventory. Sounds like someone was just trying to get off early. It’s just so incredibly disrespectful to your customers and in this economy you should be trying to hold on to EVERY customer not push them away!! Doing inventory is absolutely no excuse to close early. I see why you have 3.4 stars out of 5. You absolutely don’t care about your customers. I also wasn’t offered anything at all for the inconvenience. Would have been nice if I was offered a coupon or gift card for the wasted trip, gas and money. I used to come here everyday but not anymore. Please update google from...
Read moreI'm a loyal customer here and really want to keep supporting this location, but the customer service has been slipping. It’s not just the wait times—I’ve been left standing inside without acknowledgment while drive-thru orders are prioritized, and the one staff member on shift often seems burned out and disengaged. Last week I was in there for 25min before someone came out from the back! There’s very little effort put into the customer experience. Smoothie quality is also inconsistent—sometimes watery, and I question whether the supplements I’m paying for are always included. I understand staffing is hard right now, but regulars notice when the care isn’t there. I hope things turn around—I’d love to see this place back to the level it used to be.
P.S. I do fill out the smoothie feedback surveys, all the time regardless if its good or bad; I even check the box that says Reach Out To Me but I have never...
Read moreI was so excited to try this smoothie place! So much so that I had written the grand opening day on my calendar and counted down the days that I would get to experience Smoothie king. It was a cloudy Tuesday night and humid Tuesday night and my boyfriend and I were eager to be wowed by fruity sensations. The moment I walked into the store I was blinded by the bright menu. It felt like my eyes were exposed to the light of 1,000 suns as I searched the menu for a smoothie that sounded most appetizing. I asked myself “why? Why must this menu be so bright? What did I do to deserve this?” As I was awaiting my smoothie I also noticed one of the employees dispose of a plastic water bottle in a trash can instead of a recycle bin! A little disappointing. Anyway, the...
