I want to be very nice in this review because it was definitely not the girls in the store fault. However, this company is a joke, and i personally will never be shopping in there again and honestly i would suggest you don’t either. This store has one of the worst return policies i’ve everrrrr seen (and i worked in retail for 6 years i’ve seen some stuff.) I purchased a dress on Thursday october 3rd to wear to a wedding, Saturday october 5th. I put the dress on in the store and allll the employees told me how amazing it fit and how cute it was so so i was very excited to wear it! I get to the wedding and am there for maybeeee 2 hours when the dress breaks, one of the buttons (out of two that keep my top half covered) breaks. it was extremely humiliating and luckily the grooms sister had safety pins. I returned to the store to try to return it for store credit (because thats alll they offer) and the employees said their manager said i could not return the dress only exchange it, well it was the last one in my size so i was offered to exchange it for a different dress if the same value but of course it was the most expensive dress so there was none of the same value. so now i have to find a seamstress and pay more to fix a dress that honestly should have never broke for how much it cost. Super super disappointed and definitely not returning. please think twice before you shop here

Don't come here if you think you can return your untouched, brand new clothing because you won't be able to return it even though they have a whole rack of clothing that literally has holes, stains, threads coming out - basically totally defective clothing that they sell at a discounted price. But they can't even take an untouched, brand new shirt with all the tags still attached back as a return just because it's past the 30 days? Okay, but you can sell literal stained garbage that's falling apart. Also the employees are rude, entitled and openly talked rudely about me to their coworker right in front of me. Avoid this store like the plague unless you want some entitled 18 year old that looks like an uglier clone of every other girl in southlake giving you an attitude directly...

I am very disappointed first off I got a dress in clearance with a red sticker on it and they didn’t even give to me for discounted and said it was a mistake by the workers and then started laughing at me when i asked if it was on clearance because common sense i found it in the clearance section like????? Second of all they put the red final sale stamp on and it got all over the front of my dress and when i went back they don’t do refunds and apparently it’s not in there system like if restaurants and other places can do it so can you it’s not hard and then made me pay .86 cents for there mistake???? doesn’t make sense they tried to make me find a dress for exactly $74 which there wasn’t because all their clothes are overpriced.
