The lady at the checkout asked if I was a loyalty member and I told her no. She just rung me up, and didn't ask if I wanted to sign up. There was a special sale today for members, so i asked to sign up. There were signs all over the store promoting the 20% off for members, and i feel like she didnt want to give me the reward. Of course, I definitely don't look like the average Anthro customer. I wish I'd gotten her name, but she was about 5'4, and looked about 50 years old. Unfortunately, it is the closest Anthropologie to my house so I still come here for returns even though every time I do I always get treated poorly. The first couple times, I dismissed it, but then it became uncomfortable & the huddles, whispers, & looks in my direction, made me not want to set foot back in that store.
