Relax The Back — Local services in Southlake

Poor customer service called about 3 times to see if they had a chair I wanted but no one picked up 🤷🏻‍♂️

Edit: about 8 months ago i had found out there had been this new chair called the “Anthros Chair” I had called 3 times to be precise to see if anyone could and would pick up I completely understand if you guys were busy and couldn’t pick up but the way i was treated the moment i walked into this store I felt pressured to buy a chair by one of the workers there I had promptly mentioned that I had a Herman miller embody at home and was just simply looking at the chairs but no they keep persisting me into buying their high end ergonomic chairs after I had said i was “just looking” but as much as I wanted to test the chairs out there was always someone telling me to have a seat here or there i didn’t think the service was by any means was awful but a little uncomfortable and unnecessary for someone who is just simply trying to look around and just find out what i like best was not going to be an option so “Why the 1 star review” here’s my answer!! and if you guys want me to change my mind and maybe give me a second chance then i’ll be gladly able to change my opinion and think differently of this location...

I highly recommend checking out this store. My massage chair purchase has been worth every penny, as they carry some of the top rated chairs on the market. I did a ton of research on all the massage chairs on the market and made a decision not only because of the value of the massage chairs this store carries but also the excellent customer service I was provided by Sean and store staff. You will not find anyone else out there with as much knowledge of their products and level of customer service beyond Sean and his store. Alex was the salesperson that sold me a Tempurpedic mattress at Relax The Back in Southlake.. Not only did he direct me to the perfect mattress for my particular situation, he was the most professional and informative salesperson I could have hoped for. I never felt pressured or rushed and felt that I was fully informed when purchasing the mattress.
