Just tell me WHY these cookies at Southport Cookies are so FREAKIN’ AMAZING!!! I mean each of the cookies we purchased today (Saturday, March 22nd around 10:10am) were fresh, looked super amazing, and tasted like they were baked by the hands of an angel! Y’all seriously - do not be swayed by the fact that they are vegan/gluten free, these are literally THE BEST COOKIES I’ve ever had - the most magnificent, delectable sweet treat you could give yourself and others!

Today we ordered (1) of each… Chocolate Chip Cookie Snickerdoodle Cookie Chocolate Fudge w/ Peanut Butter (Tasted like a brownie cookie with awesome bits of peanut butter) SS Southport (kicking myself for not ordering extras of this incredible cookie … SS Southport Toasted pecans, pretzels, dark chocolate, semi sweet chocolate, toffee, and topped with sea salt. Chocolate Cupcake w/ Raspberry Buttercream Frosting “Misfits” Iced Brownies (they are called “Misfits” because they were baked 2-3 days prior and are discounted for quick purchase! Don’t be fooled - the brownies lasted like 2mins during our car ride, they were the best brownies EVER!)

I am writing to share my appreciation for Joelle and Kathy at Southport Cookies. I recently experienced an allergic reaction due to an accidental cookie mix-up at checkout. However, I would like to highlight how the staff handled the situation. Joelle and Kathy were very kind, deeply apologetic, and immediately took the initiative to make amends. They offered to cover my hospital bill, and I appreciated their compassion and commitment to making sure something like this will be prevented in the future. The cookies are huge and YUMMY—whether you are vegan and gluten-free or not. The varieties are creative and always changing, but if any “SS Southport” ones are available when you go, GRAB THEM. They have salted caramel, chocolate chunks, nuts, etc. and are some of the most delicious cookies I’ve ever had in my life. All their cookies also freeze perfectly, so we always buy some to save for later as we don’t live close by and aren’t able to visit very often. There’s a coffee shop in the same little shopping village, which makes it convenient to hang out enjoying cookies and coffees at the many...
