La Michoacana Plus — Restaurant in Sparks

My friends and I got there at 8:45pm and they had nothing available because they were getting ready to close. Online it says they close at 10pm. The worker stated that they closed at 9:30pm. However at 9:09 one of the workers went and shut off the sign and then at 9:16pm a customer came in and the worker said they were closed. We asked for a scoop of guava ice cream and she said she couldn’t get it because it was too hard. While it is a very good idea to have an ice cream shop like this in our area unfortunately if this place continues to run business this way they won’t stay in business cause the customer service is terrible. One of the workers boyfriend came out from the back and the worker scooped him an ice cream cone then she was licking it eating it over all the other ice cream. It also appeared that she gave the boyfriend a sample of an ice cream then she reached back in with the same sample spoon to sample another one. Was excited to go in and try since other locations have been great but this location was a disappointment. Bought some esquites and the corn was cold. They did not have a lot of the items that were on the menu. And the esquites are canned corn. The service was also terrible, the 2 ladies working had no manners they were smirking to each other when we asked questions not even trying to answer our questions. The girl who helped us was so nice and very helpful! She recommended her favorite flavors of ice cream, aquas Fresca and paletas. We had a scoop of the Ferrero, queso and tequila flavored milk ice cream! All of these flavors tasted fresh and nostalgic We also had a Fresa de leche drink that was absolutely delicious! The inside and outside of the shop was cute and colorful as well as family friendly. The only complaint I have is the prices weren’t posted anywhere and the table was dirty. 10/10 would definitely...
