Let's go with some positive. The shrimp and grits was delicious 😋 highly recommend. The biscuits are seriously the best I've ever tasted!! Ive been dreaming about them, and the butter this really good in the beginning its sweet and then goes salty so good. The steak not so much, flavorless, and nothing special or anything. But the service was absolutely awful! We came in and got seated and then waited for roughly 30-35 minutes before the waitress even noticed us, then was like I'm sorry I thought I already got to you. ? Like really? There is 4 of us how can you miss people in your section? Then she got all of our drinks wrong and was trying to blame others for her mistakes. It took another 20 minutes for her to take our order. But the people right next to us that were just having drinks she was over there chatting up and laughing her bum off. But couldn't do her job and come serve us. When we finally got our food about 1.5hrs into us sitting at the table she never asked it everything was good if we needed anything which she already forgot our A-1 which we need for steak, napkins, refills on our drinks like we didn't exist for her. When we finally got done then she started cleaning so roughly like we made her mad or something spilling things I really don't understand what was happening there. Best thing I would recommend is ordering shrimp and grits to go ans save yourself the frustration. It sucks that I have to rant this was since I had high hopes for this place.

We had never been here before, but wanted to celebrate a birthday so this ended up being our final choice. I have Celiac, and one reason this was the choice was because the menu was clearly marked with GF items. With that said, I am still often nervous about trying an untested place. Our server, Amber, immediate set my mind at ease by how knowledgeable she was, and she also immediately went back and informed the kitchen. Based on her recommendation, I ended up going with the salmon. Not only was the salmon cooked to perfection, but the kale (kale!) was incredible. It was so good, I want the recipe. Best kale I have ever had. For those of us who didn't need to be so careful, the food was also labeled "incredible," "mmmmmm," and "so good." Amber made the experience warm, delightful, and safe (which is important for someone with Celiac), but it also informs the level of care and craft in the whole place. We all left impressed and delighted. If I could give 20/10 I would. I will be back again, birthday or not, and I'm already looking forward to seeing what their spring/summer menu will entail. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I cannot reiterate enough how grateful I am for the attention and care Amber gave to my dietary needs.

Just four stars for the food for me. The service, atmosphere, and seating is five stars for sure. This is a beautiful place that is both upscale and casual. It is a bit pricey so I expected to be blown away by the food. The plate presentation was nice but the food lacked flavor, in my American-Portuguese, flavor-seeking opinion. The Oysters Rockefeller was over powered by the scoop of spinach on top. I felt sorry for the poor oyster. I really couldn't taste anything but spinach. I got the pork chop and swapped the menu sides for mashed potatoes, zucchini and squash. Again, it was good, but nothing real special about it. My son got the Salmon as described on the menu. It was very good and cooked well. It comes with some kale on the plate and peaches. I wasn't impressed and felt like my son was still hungry, especially since he opted for dessert. We shared the bread pudding with pineapple ice cream. I don't know what that was, my son thought it was French toast. It was edible, nothing special. All in all, a nice place with great staff and a comfortable dining experience but not worth the money my son spent for a mother's day meal. To end on a not positive note, the cocktails were done well.

Very unpleasant experience. I eat here at least 4 times a month (business) and maybe twice a month (personal). The food is generally good. However, I ordered the red snapper special (hostess told me that was the special of the day along with green beans and Brussel sprout hash). The price was a little over $25. I ordered to go since I was exhausted from long work day. Once I got home and prepared to eat, I was so upset. Not only didn't I receive what I ordered, I was charged $56. When I called to the restaurant I was told that the special wasn't red snapper ot was sea bass and they prepared ot for me instead. Well, who was going to tell me? You can not assume that I want a certain entree. The hostess said that she tried to call me but I had no missed call or voicemail from anyone. And to top ot off, the sea bass was so tiny until you could have put it on a regular sized biscuit. It also what a rubbery texture. I asked to speak with the manager and was put on hold twice with noone ever returning my call. I sent a message through their website and noone ever returned my message via email nor call. I am extremely shocked at how I was treated and disappointed. Because of their actions, I no longer bring my clients here nor do I eat here anymore. They have lost my business...

My husband and I just had brunch at Heirloom with my in-laws and it was by far the best restaurant experience we’ve had in years! We got the burger, chicken and waffles, fried chicken and grits, breakfast potatoes, chicken and apple sausage, and chocolate mousse for dessert. Literally everything we tasted was curated, prepared, seasoned, and presented perfectly. We all ended up passing our plates around so that everyone could taste everything! I ordered the Smoke and Spice cocktail and it was SO GOOD! Similar to an Old Fashioned but unique in the best kind of way. It paired beautifully with my burger! The service was just as phenomenal as the food. Our waitress was attentive and the GM checked on us a few times, but the star of the show was Amber (I think she’s the front end manager). She made us feel so special from the moment we walked in the door!

The food isn’t exactly cheap but it’s not extravagantly priced either. The flavor of the food, the atmosphere and the wonderful service makes it worth every penny.

If you’re considering giving this place a try I highly recommend it! My husband and I are from Tennessee but we will plan on stopping at this restaurant every time we drive up to visit our in-laws.

I can’t think of a single thing I would change about...
