Big Air- Spartanburg does a wonderful job hosting kid birthday parties. They handled everything for me from guest check-in to party set up, food serving, and room clean up. I really appreciate how the lady at the front handled the guest check-in process for me, so that I only had to pay for the amount of kids that were invited to the birthday party and then go on in and start watching my kid jump. Some people like to bring siblings to jump as well, and it would have been awkward to have to stand up front and tell each parent that they needed to pay for the extra kids to jump. Luckily, the staff at the front handled this part for me. I wrote the kids' names who were invited to the party on the wristbands, and the lady at the front handed them out to the kids as they arrived. Any extra siblings whose names were not on the wristbands were able to pay for their additional wristband in the regular admission line. I was able to walk around the floor and watch the kids jump as guests were checking in. Our party host, Elijah, was amazing and set up the place settings for me, while I walked around and chatted with parents as kids jumped. At pizza party time, Elijah had the pizzas ready and passed the slices out for me. He would come and check in with me periodically and make sure I didn't need help with anything. I was concerned that the two pitchers of soda might not be enough, but Elijah continued to refill them for us. We bought the extra food package and are glad we did because we ate all 3 pizzas. We selected icees for the kids from the additional food package options and brought our own cake and plates. If I would change one thing, I probably would have held the icee tickets while kids were jumping, and when they came to me because they were thirsty I would have handed them their ticket to get the icee. Instead, I give them out at pizza party time, which they really didn't need then because they already had soda to drink. Overall, everything went so well, and it was a really great place to have a fun, easy party for my daughter. It is an expensive party, but to me it's very worth it because of how stress-free they make the event. I would recommend a Big Air party to anybody who wants to throw a fun birthday party for their kid and not have to do...

I will never bring my child back to this place! That place is run by children, and not in a good way! We went for a nine year olds birthday party which was on a Saturday evening. There were tons of teenagers there, which normally wouldn’t be an issue, I would think. But there were some kissing and making out in the dark corners and others stealing dipping dot ice cream out of the cooler. When I confronted the teenagers stealing, they just laughed at me. The workers there at the food area acted like it wasn’t a big deal. The security guards or police officers at the front acted like I was bothering them by even telling them about it and they never moved. After I caught the teenagers stealing a second time, I asked to speak to the manager who was “on the phone” and couldn’t talk. The young girl I spoke to said they can’t really do anything about it. Why? Is this what we are letting our kids do? With no consequences. Just let them steal because they can’t do anything about it?!? There were tons of children there. I know I wasn’t the only person seeing these teenagers do what they were doing. If they are getting away with stealing, what is that teaching the kids that see them steal. They can do it too. How about starting by moving the cooler of ice cream somewhere they can’t steal from it! The whole place was run my teenagers and taken over by teenagers. There were no adult supervision. I think the parents just dropped them off. The teenagers shouldn’t be in the same areas as the smaller kids. They were rough and running all over the children. I don’t think I saw an adult working there. They were all young teenagers that seemed to be running amuck and doing whatever they pleased, including stealing. The only adults I saw were the police/security guards that stood in the same place all evening chatting with each other. They were not watching or supervising at all. Have a teenager night but not at the same time as younger kids birthday parties. Or hire some adults that will actually look after the kids and make sure the teenagers aren’t being too rough, destroying, or...

I booked a 90 minute birthday party for my son at Big Air because he absolutely loves trampoline parks. My entire family has been regular long time customers here and this is the second party within my family that has been booked here this year. 2 days after I booked the birthday party I went back on their website to confirm rules and saw they were offering a spring sale for birthday parties that included 5 additional jumpers and $10 off food packages that included the date I booked it for so I proceeded to contact big air to work something out for me to get the sale since I had only booked my party 2 days prior. I called and spoke to their manager and explained the situation and she said there was nothing she could do and I could not be offered the sale because my party was already booked. I checked their website and they still had every time slot open for the day I booked the party for so I asked her if we could maybe try to cancel the party and rebook it with the sale and she explained to me that also wasn’t an option because it wouldn’t be fair to the other customers which didn’t make sense to me because there was every time slot open and it felt like I was being punished for booking my party early. I asked if I could speak to anyone else about it and she told me the only other person I could talk to was her general manager but I would have to contact him via email so I got the information and emailed him the situation and even left my phone number in the email. I never received an email back and I never got a phone call from him. When they called to confirm my party I brought it up again how he has not contacted me and I would really like to speak to someone she said there was nothing they could do. I am a single mom and it took me a long time to save up the almost $400 for this party so I am very displeased and disappointed that I was not treated like an appreciated paying customer. Big air has definitely lost mine and my entire...
