I would love recommend Zagg of Spartanburg to anyone who needs a new phone cover, protection for their phone or accessories as well. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by a highly friendly and professional staff. Linda and Brett who are the owners are always extremely helpful as well as any and all of the staff I’ve worked with. Lena was particularly impressive as she took my poor beaten up phone from looking like I needed a new one, to replacing everything from the case to protection on both sides of the phone ( which I had no idea there was even a back protector) and protection on my camera lenses. She knew everything I needed to make my phone feel “new” again even though it’s been through some hard times hiking in the mountains, and dropped in streams! I have ALWAYS left Zagg feeling sooooo happy that they can take my phone with an annoying cracked protector, etc.. and just fix it up to make it look and feel so brand new. They also have fantastic warranties that they will explain in detail and are well worth having. I can’t say enough good things about what Zagg can do for you.Don't struggle at home trying to replace phone protectors when you have quick, knowledgeable and friendly folks that can do it in minutes! Zagg is Z bomb!...

I bought my screensaver at Best buy and it was installed there not properly and I was told that anytime I had a problem to come back there they would tend to it well I did that went into the store told him that I had a screensaver replacement and they're like fine so they had me wait almost an hour just to get me over there look at my phone and tell me they didn't have it couldn't get it and I'd have to go to the Spartanburg store. I went to the Spartanburg store and immediately as I walked in I was greeted by Canaan and Lena. After explaining to Canaan what I needed he said he had one and he asked Lena to do it she was leaving on her way out and she stopped and put the screensaver on and it looks great both of those employees deserve a big big raise I would not hesitate to say that they've got to be the best two best employees that the whole company has. And to top it all off Canaan looked a lot like my son which tickle me anyway. Note 10 plus customer also Canaan even held the door open as I was on a crutch as I left. I believe their manager's...

Although friendly, I don't believe we received the best service. We brought our phone in telling them what the issue was (the charging port & the phone not charging), we agreed to run a diagnostic test, but to call before any work has to be done. A couple hours go by, we called and they were already changing the battery without any regards to what we had asked of them. We didn't cause a fuss, we paid and brought the phone home. The phone still wasn't charging so we brought it back the next day. We were told that the battery was never the issue that it was in fact the charging port and recommended us a wireless charger. We asked if they still had our original iPhone battery and if we could get a refund for the price of the new battery, not the whole service. They denied us a refund but offered our original battery back to us. We are not very confrontational people, so we let it go but overall would not recommend this store for a phone repair of any type.
