As has been previously stated , your order is ALWAYS WRONG . I ordered from Fuddrucker's and there were two items missing , I didn't bother to even call because it was so late . A month later I ordered Waffle house , my order was incorrect . $33 wasted . Hub City stated that waffle house told them they wouldn't honor my request , yet didn't care to call and ask whether I'd still want the food that was made entirely different . They stated they could have the driver bring me my money back and because the driver was actually nice I allowed them to give me a credit . Two days later (today) I order from City Range , my order was missing two sides . By this time I am completely livid . I want my money back . The owner tells me he will bring my CASH later today because he had errands to run . I agreed . Its been about 4 hrs and I get a call asking if I will be home at 6 to receive a CHECK for my refund . I asked the lady why I'd be receiving a check when that's not the agreement I made and I paid cash . I also pointed out that I would have to pay to cash the check . She tells me that's what her owner told me and since I was rude to him earlier , I should be nicer to her and didn't have to be so mean . I asked her when I was mean to her or said anything rude to her. I simply stated my displeasure with receiving a check . She couldn't tell me anything I'd said that could be construed as mean , yet wanted to continue playing the victim . I will make sure no one I knows...

The āfood trackerā said our driver was there collecting the order for at least 50 minutes. We waited over two hours for 30 wings. Called Wings, and they said the order had been picked up well over an hour ago. So what was the driver doing between Wings & our house (literally a 5 minute drive.) We called Hub City to make a complaint, and they were closed- closed because it took FOREVER to receive our food. We left a message, and never received a courtesy call back to ask what happened. Customer service is nonexistent, we wonāt be utilizing this service again. Quicker/easier to go pick the food up ourselves.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've used hub city delivery for almost 3 years now. The only time I ever have an issue is when I fat finger an order or click to order too late without refreshing... Nevertheless, the Owner and or Drivers always immediately make the call with a solution/suggestion/recommendation. I work late sometimes and have a very energetic young child. Hub city is amazing and one of the best customer focused businesses I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. I work with many very national and international organizations; this one is hands down on my top 5 list.
