Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish! It took me a few weeks to get on here and write this review but my appreciation for Steinway Piano Gallery of Spokane is still as strong as it was weeks ago. Every phone call and even text message was answered promptly and with great detail. They were just as excited as my wife and I were about adding our Essex to our family! It has gotten quite a lot of playing and we are continually impressed with the performance, though we expected nothing less from Steinway! It was a fun and educational experience that we hope to repeat in the future as we grow and upgrade within the Steinway selection. Brought my mother into the gallery just to look and listen. We were both impressed by the selection of various types of pianos and manufacturers. Sam, the showroom manager, was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He’s a very pleasant guy and an accomplished musician himself. He invited my mother to play the Steinway concert grand in the recital hall. She was stunned by the sound and carried away by the experience. As a pianist for 87 years, she’s played a lot of pianos and has quite a discerning ear! She remarked afterward that she had visited a Yamaha gallery in Virginia last year and recalled being impressed by their sound, but upon playing this Steinway, she realized it was truly in a class of its own with such true, stunning sound and consistent action along the full length of the keyboard. Steinway Piano Gallery of Spokane is to be commended for their community support for music education and for providing a wonderful venue for people to experience the magnificence of their pianos. We had the distinct pleasure of attending a delightful Pianissimo! Performance Saturday December 6th performed by faculty and staff from Montana University. The elegance and beautiful music was absolutely outstanding and worthy of a standing ovation. I would encourage anyone with a love of music to attend one of these free sessions to enjoy the quality sounds produced by these stunning instruments and thank those people involved for their generosity and hospitality.
