Sierra — Local services in Spokane Valley

The carts lock so you cannot take them out of the building. They also make you pay for a crappy bag that will sit in a landfill should your purchase need a bag. When I asked they told me they had no choice but to charge me $0.08 for a bag that will be used one time and end up in a landfill.

I instead left my cart where it locked and manually carried my many items out, dropping several along the way.

Crappy customer service. They put the high theft issue of shopping carts on the customer. Make you pay for something that is going to exist forever serving no purpose and or you have to carry your things out.

Considering they sell large items, pretty silly. Just more corporate greed.

Won’t be back, happily will pay extra to shop from REI not to deal with their sterile and unwelcoming shopping...

This store has everything for everyone in your life. My 4 athletic grandsons got shirts that fit their lifestyles. All of them golf, surf, skateboard, play baseball, football, and absolutely love basketball! Grandma became a favorite with her shipment of flannel shirts that can be used as jackets in So Ca. Their name brand surfer shirts, bball sweatshirt, and cool Air Jordan sweatshirt were what they wanted. (Don't tell the boys that Grandma had help from their Auntie, and mom.)

Customer service was terrible. Was told the alarm would go off when we left and to go (by our cashier), then when it did, the older lady right next to her demanded we come back even though the cashier tried to explain to her what was going on, we came back, she then ignored us for a few seconds to go back to what she was doing, would not listen to us explain what the cashier told us, then blamed the poor cashier and said she may have missed an anti theft device and never checked out recipient if she was so worried.
