We arrived with a group of 6 on a Thursday night. There was a 20-25 minute wait, but we decided to stick it out. The staff was friendly enough. After we got seated our waitress took drink orders pretty quickly. It turns out that thursday is boneless wings day. Boneless wings are 65 cents each..... But dipping sauce (ranch or blue cheese) costs an extra 60 cents each, which is pretty lame in my opinion! I decided to pick up 15 wings, which was about right for a hungry guy. 5 each of Parmesan garlic, spicy garlic, and hot BBQ. The Parmesan garlic was very good! The sauce is very creamy with the right amount of garlic in it. It was the favorite of the entire table. I was a bit disappointed by the spicy garlic. The flavor was ok at best....I don't think I'd ever get it again. The hot barbecue was good if you like stuff that's just a little bit spicy.
We also picked up a basket of fries for the table. That was pretty disappointing for nearly $6. Way too small for that price!
My wife decided to get a buffalo chicken wrap. The first half of it was pretty good according to her. The second half? It's currently in the garbage because we found somebody's hair in it. I got the manager to come over to our table. We were not charged for the wrap, but that definitely dropped my experience to a 3 out of 5. Buffalo Wild Wings is an OK place, but I think I prefer flamin Joe's if...
Read moreThe server was trying their best, so nothing against the staff. The food was good, but the staffing levels and wait times were atrocious.
Come on, management. The wife and I own multiple businesses, and we know it is tough right now in the employment market. However, that is still no excuse when you choose to run a customer oriented/service establishment. Especially for an organization as large as BWW. Start paying people more, providing better benefits, and fostering a better employee environment. Corporate has the resources to get it done. They can survive without massive profit for a little bit of time while ensuring their base level commitments are being met.
One server should not have the entire bar section, the kitchen should not be backlogged over 45mins, and their shouldn't be food brought out first to some individuals while others wait 30+ mins (the other people in their party already done eating).
If you need help, reach out. We know it's tough right now, but if this location can't meet the basic and minimum requirements of service; maybe it's time to cut losses and save face or look into automated options to alleviate where needed.
Update: After my wife already ate her food (which came out 45 minutes before mine), the kitchen completely screwed up my order. We left and didn't want to wait another 45 minutes. Seriously, address these issues and do better. We...
Read moreWe love Buffalo Wild Wings and normally frequent the northside location with amazing service and food. We were on our way home today and happened to be near the valley location and it was easy to park my truck and trailer. Got inside and was seated and drink orders taken/brought over. After that nothing...the football game ended and a half hour later employees are clearing off empty tables and the few other tables were finishing eating. My family and I sat there for a good half hour waiting to have our order taken and were ignored by every staff member, there was also 1 other customer who had drank his beer and was waiting to order like us. He finally got up and left some cash for the drink and bailed and we were able to catch a manager walking by and asked to pay for our sodas so we could leave. He comped them with an apology and we went across the parking lot to Bostons and had a great dinner with great service. No idea what was going on but for the number of employees that were just wandering around we were amazed that this happened. The server that brought us our drinks and never came back made eye contact as we were leaving with no apology. Such a shame as we love the company but will stick with out...
