About 15 people stood in a long line at the back of the store waiting their turn for the cashiers late Friday afternoon. We heeded the sign near the front which stated to please form one line behind a purple sign in the back. I noticed one cashier facing the front of the store with her back to the crowd, rang up folks who just walked right up without any consideration to those already in line. They were suppose to call when I was suppose to pick them up.I didn't receive any call or messages.When I called they said they made calls then put stuff on clearence .He acted like it was no big deal.Then message Hallmark.com.They said it was up to tge store.They did not care that spent several hundreds of dollars to get promos.That I did not get the call.I personally think its been terrible customer service .It will be a long time before I buy anything from them...
