Lush Cotton Candy — Local services in Spokane

I tried this cotton candy at crave northwest and thought it was fabulous. Went home and placed an order online. A few days later received my email saying it was being shipped. Weeks later and still no product. Every time I checked the tracking info I was sent it says label created and waiting for items. Sent an email asking what was going on? Only one response received saying she will check on it. Then nothing again for days. I sent another email asking for an update. Nothing again!! Feel like I was robbed and got nothing for the money I paid. I love supporting small local businesses, but I wouldn't trust this one.

Update** I did finally receive my order and it was delicious. The owner did include an apology card which was nice and appreciated. I understand it can be hectic sometimes when running a small business. I just think a little more communication would...

I don't even know where to start. I purchased lush (right) and other cotton candy products from Amazon (left) and they all ended up arriving today. There is no comparison!! The other brands are now obviously artifical and what I thought used to be good no longer is. Now if it's not Lush, I don't want it. It's genuinely the best cotton candy I ever had. A friend (thanks Matt!) told me about Lush and after he went on and on about the flavors and how great they are I made a purchase the same day. Worth the wait. My experience with this company was awful. I purchased items for a gender reveal and gave them the date of my party. Five days before my event I realized I had not gotten an email to confirm shipping. I had to email twice to finally get a response that my order had not shipped and they said they would expedite shipping. But then I was not given a shipping confirmation or tracking number. The CEO was the person emailing me and they were very short and not helpful at all. My even is today and I am still awaiting my order. Extremely disappointed in the customer service....
