Management and Best staff clearly are racist. The whole time time they were instructing me not to step on the blue however that wasn't the case for everyone. I have pictures of where best staff wouldn't say anything to several individuals standing in the blue but the moment I would they make their way to tell me to move. At one point I spoke to their supervisor Danni who even moved me physically saying I had permission to stand where I was at. She even told me to have her people call her in the radio and she would let them know. Not even 30 secs later here comes a Best employee telling me to move and I instructed them to call Danni. The guy laughed and said there's no way you know Danni. Again another 30 secs pasts and here comes another women telling me the same. I told her please call Danni and she said oh wait you spoke to Danni already no problem. Mind you on court 32-31 everyone standing on the blue dock floor and no one is getting the same harassment. These people from Best aren't even security as they are instructed to call their supervisor for help. Nevertheless after 5 attempts and Danni coming back with more excuses finally instructed her people to...
Read morethe venue itself was great for the black veil brides concert we went to, but never want to go back due to the rudest security guard I've ever encountered. I'm pretty sure he was the head of their security by the way he was acting, but during the concert, in between sets the other guards were handing out bottles of water down the barricade. the ladies next to us asked him for a water and he taunted them by drinking his own water in their faces, making sounds like it was the most refreshing thing ever and then walking away. he eventually brought them one and my husband tried to flag him down for one, to which he didn't acknowledge. we thought he didn't hear him. when he came back our way again, my husband got his attention, asked if he could please get a water. the guy looked at my husband dead in the eyes for a few seconds, and then walked to the stage to get his own water saying something to the effect of "you want this? it's half full?" laughed, put it back down and just walked away. I can't even process how rude this guy was. taunting...
