Winnie's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Spokane

Went in today with my 2 daughters to pick a card for their mother. We were looking at and smelling candles when my youngest hit one off the display with her elbow and shattered it on the floor. The younger cashier came right over and made sure everyone was ok, and with a bag to get the pieces. She would not let me pick up pieces as to keep me from getting cut. And once we got over to the register, fully expecting and willing to pay for said candle, she again would not allow me to. My daughter was crying because she felt bad and the girl helping us did all she could to assure her that it was ok and stuff happens sometimes. We paid and left and as we passed, the other woman on shift had the glass cleaned up. I appreciate you ladies more than you know...

It would be below 0 stars. First time i go in there and my bf bought masks kid size and owner will not give store credit nor refund. The masks were too small. And rhe fact that kids size mask are not kids mask. Beware buyers when shopping aa owner does not care about customers satisfaction or customer service. Btw your staff is very inexperience left me like 7 minutes waiting not knowing how to run a return and decided to call manager to...

Love going into this Hallmark store because there is always someone there to help me when I am looking for that just right card! I know I can find the same card at a cheaper store, but they are usually hard to find and messed up because kids have played with them. I will always go...
