[Above all, will I be back?] Yes, as a Vegas local, this is my go-to Pho place in Vegas that ticks all the boxes - foods, portion, price, service, ambiance, cleanness! I've been meaning to write about this place for a while but I had to try other Pho places to make sure this is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Vegas! lol Service is quick, it is a good to grab a bite and go. Hangover? or cold day? or got chill? Visit LV Pho 7 and you won't regret it!
5/5 Food I lived in Vietnam for a year so I know authentic Vietnamese foods. This place is the closest one in Vegas so far. Their portion is big. Not stingy for toppings and ingredients either. I want to try their Banh Mi (Sandwich) next time I visit.
#4 Pho w/ Rare Steak and Beef Ball I come here for their rich and flavorful broth when it comes to pho. The steak meat is the best part. It was sooooo soft and not smelly at all! I think it is softer than the beef brisket from Costco lol The noodles were perfectly cooked but tangled each other so had to untangle them with chopsticks. I love their rich and full bodied soup (color is brownish) than clear soup like other restaurants (tastes like made of instant powder).
#16 Charbroiled Pork and baked egg, fried bean cur w/ rice The meat was tender, juicy and perfectly marinated and cooked. I liked the charcoal & smoky flavor. So good. I will order again.
#13 Bun Bo Hue (Hue Spicy Beef Noodle Soup) This is one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes so tried, and satisfied. It's not spicy and no pork blood. I've seen many Pho restaurants use not authentic broth for Bun Bo Hue (tastes like pho broth) but this place is better than them. This is not a Bun Bo Hue specialty place, the expectation shouldn't be high.
#S Spring Roll w/ shrimp & pork 3 rolls cut in half (usually 2 rolls at other places) Ingredients were fresh, not dry or smelly. One thing to mark, the lettuce (not shredded) was a whole leaf so it falls apart with one bite. Loved the dipping sauce.
#70 Ice French Coffee It' cant be failed! Good to drink during the meal.
5/5 Ambience It is a modern and simple interior with about 15-20 tables. It is comfortable.
5/5 Service The staff was quick, attentive and friendly. The food came out quickly.
5/5 Hygiene Cups, plates, the table and floor were clean. they use disposable wood chopsticks.
5/5 Price It is cheaper than other pho places in Vegas. The best value in town.
5/5 Restroom: It was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Gender separated.
5/5 Location It is in Chinatown, 10-15 minutes from the Strip.
5/5 Parking I always find a spot every time I visit here.

Overall: 4.7/5 (dine in)
We came on a Wednesday night around 8 PM and were seated right away. There was plenty of parking and the service was quick since it was just us and another single diner. However, as we ate dinner, a bunch of people started coming in and we saw how the dynamic shifted. The workers were hustling & bustling. Through all that, they remained professional.
#C Fried Chicken Wings With Garlic & Onions With Lettuce ($11.50): This was the most underwhelming item of the night but it wasn't bad. The fried chicken wings were small in size but didn't really have too much flavor. We were disappointed since we thought they would be an umami bomb like the Vietnamese fish sauce wings. This appetizer was unique in that they served the chicken wings with a bunch of stirred fried veggies (green onions, white onion, bell pepper), fresh veggies (cucumber, lettuce, tomato), and picked veggies (carrot & daikon/radish).
#14 House Special Rice Dish - Com Dac Biet ($17.95): This was my second favorite dish of the meal. The pork chop was thick & slightly hard. They were generous on the shrimp paste for the bean curd skin wrap shrimp paste and my husband loved it. The egg cake was okay. The chinese sausage was so good & somehow tasted really fresh.
#28 Charbroiled Pork Shrimp Paste & Egg Roll With Vermicelli - Bun Thit Nuong Chao Tom Cha Gio ($15.95): This was bowl was well-balanced, & every ingredient was super fresh. I feel like most vermicelli used are the dry packaged one but this one was not and was so tasty. The egg roll & shrimp paste was okay but the charbroiled pork was delicious!
#70 Ice French Coffee With Condensed Milk ($4.95): This coffee is a sneaker where it gradually wakes you up instead of giving you a sudden burst of energy then crashes you later. They didn't use an overwhelming amount of condensed milk either so you can taste the acidity of the coffee. My husband and I both really like it.
Out of everything we ate in Vegas for the past few days, the meal here was...
Read more09/07/21: I ordered bun bo (spicy beef noodle soup) and goi cuon (pork and shrimp spring rolls). Bun bo: The bun bo was a large portion. The broth wasn’t too flavorful. There was a lack of spice/heat, beefiness and lemongrass. The typical bun bo vegetables was missing. Yes, there was cilantro and onions on top, but I was given pho vegetables (basil, bean sprouts, jalapenos) and pho sauces (sriracha, hoisin sauce). No cabbage or shredded banana blossoms and no Vietnamese coriander (rau ram). The bun bo noodles were cooked well. The sliced beef shank was ok and a little bit dry. The beef meatballs were unexpected and not typical in bun bo. The tendon was also ok and the pork hock was too big. Goi cuon: When I opened up the container, the dipping sauce was missing. The spring rolls were subpar. The pork was overcooked, dry, stringy, and flavorless. The shrimp was bland as well. There was too many noodles and only lettuce and bean sprouts in the spring rolls. No other fresh herbs or vegetables were included. I used the Thai Basil, hoisin, and sriracha to eat with the spring rolls, but it didn’t help much.
Overall, really disappointed with my food from LV Pho 7. Delivery packaging was mixed. The bun bo broth wasn’t packed well. The bowl for the noodles and meat was very helpful eating the bun bo in a hotel. Yes, I didn’t order pho from a pho restaurant, but what I ordered isn’t remotely uncommon on pho restaurant menus.
3/5 stars for benefit...
